Carolina is definitely a fantastic spot for anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine in Toronto. Their wood-fired pizzas are especially delicious the dough is very light and the ingredients are truly high quality. The service is also quite fast and friendly. In terms of both flavour and atmosphere, it absolutely deserves five stars.

Came here a few times for dinner and brunch and thoroughly enjoyed both. Last time we came with a big group (10+) for brunch and the service was top notch. The food was incredible, I had the affocado eggs and my goodness the flavour is unbelievable! Then I shared the panatone French toast and we scraped the plate clean, best French toast I've ever had. Also purchased pistachio and Nutella bombe for home and absolutely delicious. Will be back here soon!
